How do you know the company you work for has a communcation problem?

The day you recieve a letter stating you have been assessed for having a preventable accident but will not recieve disciplinary action is the same day you recieve a reward certificate for 5 years safe driving.

awesome, thats like walking into a business that says '375 days without an accident' and they have a smashed delivery vehicle in the parking lot.

Well, to be fair, that vehicle could have been smashed 376 days ago and they leave it there as a shameful reminder.
