Here is a quick video I made using Thunder on the PTR, it shows transmog, the new Lightning Bolt spell, and of course, it shows us just how broken removing the cooldown on Chain Lightning is. Enjoy!
I recommend full screening it and setting the resolution higher so you can read the combat text.
