My vote is for declined, considering that he can't manage to understand "We will contact you when we contact you." No sense in badgering us, it's only going to get your application turned down.

Sorry about stupid questions

It looks like you can play, sure, and you may know Rogues very well on both factions (Horde and Alliance), but (1) we really don't need more melee DPS right now, (2) you don't have much of a reputation at this time, meaning WE don't know you (this won't stop us from grouping or anything however), and (3) even if you turn out to be cool and skilled, you need to demonstrate a higher level of patience and maturity, and that you can play honorably and charitably at all times, even respecting your enemies, and build some trust with us.

Hope this makes sense, and that we understand each other.
